— About the house
Three façades, one corner address
Jēkabpils Street 4 is one of the quiet, linden-shaded addresses in central Riga. A corner building with three façades — onto Jēkabpils Street and two side streets to the east and south — sunlight reaches almost every room at multiple points of the day. That's an unusual architectural situation even for this district, where most houses share walls tightly with their neighbours.
Following a full reconstruction, fifteen apartments are offered for sale — from compact one-bedroom homes to spacious family layouts with high ceilings and restored original detail. The remaining apartments belong to long-standing tenants and individual private owners; we are working only with the homes whose ownership is fully held by Hanzas Nami.
Cornices, window surrounds and entrance portals were restored from the original late-19th-century drawings. Inside — new utilities, individual heat metering, quality oak parquet and natural-stone detailing in the bathrooms.

— Location
Central, but quiet
The address sits in what locals call Riga's quiet centre — minutes from Old Riga, the Central Market, the railway station and the Daugava promenade, yet the street itself sees almost no through-traffic. Cafés, the library, gyms, hairdressers and grocery shops are literally around the corner.
Move the way you choose — on foot, by bike or by car — without the gridlocked-centre feeling. Cycle lanes connect the area with Pārdaugava and the AB dam; trams reach Mežaparks in fifteen minutes.
